**System Architect - DesignGenie (AI-powered Fashion Tech Platform)**

**Location**: Tharabanhalli Village, Vidyanagara, Bengaluru
**Work Type**: On-site only (Work from Office - No remote/hybrid)
**Schedule**: 5½ days/week (Monday-Friday full day + Saturday half day)

**Company Overview**

DesignGenie is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps fashion designers, brands, and manufacturers move seamlessly from **concept to production**. Our solution integrates AI-assisted design generation, techpack creation, smart size charts, and production documentation — all within a single digital workspace.

We are now entering our post-MVP phase and looking for a **System Architect** who can take complete technical ownership of the platform, oversee all system and cloud architecture, and build an in-house development team.

**Important: Work Location Requirement**

**This is a full-time, on-site position.**
**No remote or hybrid options will be considered.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take over the existing MVP system architecture, codebase, and cloud setup.
- Audit and enhance the architecture for **performance, scalability, and cost optimization**.
- Define the system architecture roadmap in line with future releases.
- Build and lead the in-house tech team, including:

- **Front-End Developer (React/Next.js preferred)**:

- **Database Developer**:

- **Cloud Engineer (including DevOps/CI-CD responsibilities)**:

- **AI/ML Engineer**:

- **QA Engineer**:

- Manage APIs, microservices, and database design.
- Oversee deployment automation, version control, and system monitoring.
- Ensure strong security practices across IAM, KMS, encryption, and access control.
- Integrate and manage AI APIs (e.g., DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).
- Work closely with the Founder to align technical decisions with business objectives.

**Technical Requirements**
- Minimum **7 years of experience** in system architecture or backend software development.
- Strong expertise in **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** - Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Firestore, Object Storage, KMS, IAM, etc.
- Proven experience in **SaaS platform architecture, microservices, and containerized environments**.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code** (Terraform, Cloud Build, etc.).
- Deep understanding of **SQL/NoSQL database design** and data scalability.
- Familiarity with **AI/ML integrations** and API-based AI model deployment.
- Prior experience in **leading small technical teams**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of **Product-Led Growth (PLG)** and **Gamification systems**.
- Exposure to **multi-region cloud deployment and performance tuning**.
- Previous experience in **fashion tech**, **AI SaaS**, or **creative technology platforms** is a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
