Job Purposes:

- 3-4 Years of rich experience in the field of Retail Sales, Channel Sales, building material etc.
- Prior experience in managing distribution & channel sales.
- Relationship building with key customer accounts.
- Identify relevant pricing trends in the market and of key competitors.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Make accurate and prompt cost calculations and create and provide customers with quotations
- Ensure daily sales forecasting / planning and to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
- To appoint new distributors or dealers in territory to increase the width and depth in Market (RREP-1 & 2).
- Timely resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- To co-ordinate activities involving sales of manufactured and traded products.
- To collect the information through MOU signed and to discuss internally with concern dealer/dist. w.r.t tgt. Vs achd.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Building Material Experience
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Building Material: 2 years (required)
- Retail/channel sales: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
