**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV cameras, wiring, and related equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for accurate and code-compliant installations.
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal equipment placement.
- Program and configure cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and make necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of installations and service calls.
- Liaise with clients to explain installations, system operations, and potential upgrades.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical school or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV or related field.
- Strong understanding of IP-based technology and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
