**Designation: Facility Executive / Soft Service Executive**
**Total Experience**: Minimum 5Yrs.
**Work Location**: Mumbai
**Education**: Degree / Diploma in Hotel management Industry - Facilities Management
**Preference**: Someone with past experience at Sodexho/ Knight Frank/ ISS / JLL / CBRE / Colliers / Tenon, etc. would be preferred
**Purpose: - **Spearheading property and facilities management in terms of P&L, business operations, service delivery, best practices, and business expansion of respective region and work closely with regional team to take business to next phase of growth.
**Roles and Responsibilities: - **Managing the facility for entire site including but not limited to Soft Services / Housekeeping / Technical Services / Repairs & Maintenance / Capex and Opex activities / Safety and Security of the Site / Events management and vendors coordination / Projects and setting up standard for maintaining good service level.
Improving operational systems, processes and policies in support of company's goal, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Overseeing business operations, thereby achieving increased growth and set targets. At the same time analyzing industry changes that can indirectly influence the business.
Driving initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Holding calls with Site Leads for discussing & ensuring all issues, gaps, observations including vacant positions are identified on time and pursuing status on receivables, SOPs implementation & training held Carrying out periodical on-site audits and reviewing same with Operations Managers such as Engineering Audits, Soft Services Audits, EHS Audits, Policies & Procedures Audits and Statutory Compliance Audits Conducting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual business reviews with clients and ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues which are likely to lead to disgruntled client retention, prompt and courteous response to client requests Developing new businesses, participating in RFPs and proposals development and developing fee and costing proposals Coordinating for vendor selection, setting up transition activity with client & internal team, asset mustering, phase manner staff deployment and so on Overseeing that respective site invoice are submitted to clients on time and following with respective clients for payment.
Implementing best practices at sites and documenting the same for review meetings Aligning team with organizations vision and goals hence creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- More than 5 years of experience in leading facilities operations of approx. equivalent size Effective communication skills and influential personality.
Good decision making and analytical skills Good stake at MS Office and presenting to the clients.
Attention to detail and at the same time ability to see the implications in broad term
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
