**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for various school events, activities, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, including short clips, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to capture and highlight key moments and achievements.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the school's brand and message.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee the school's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and report on key metrics.

**Content Creation**:

- Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, and other related software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful content across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Handler, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
- Knowledge of basic photography is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and social media management.
