**Objective**: In the paint booth industry is responsible for coordinating the workforce involved in the paint booth operations, ensuring efficient staffing, adherence to safety and quality standards, and smooth workflow.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the daily activities of workers in the paint booth, ensuring that all shifts are properly staffed and the workload is balanced.
- Develop and maintain work schedules for workers, ensuring there are enough personnel for each production phase and shift.
- Manage Logistics: Ensure site staff have necessary equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Communicate site instructions, safety protocols, and company policies to site staff.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site personnel.
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure site staff comply with safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing reports, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings.

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in engineering or a related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word.

Pay: ₹10,800.18 - ₹32,944.78 per month
