**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

The Social Media Executive is responsible for executing social media strategies and managing social media platforms for a company or organization. The role involves creating and curating content, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance metrics. The objective is to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and maximize the company & presence on social media.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative social media content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand & voice and objectives.

2. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

3. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations to build a loyal and engaged community.

4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.

5. Social Listening and Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, monitor social media conversations, and identify opportunities for engagement or content creation.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or social media agency.

2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

5. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
