**Responsibilities**:
- Create, script, and edit original videos in line with our brand strategy.
- Collaborate with teams for seamless content execution.
- Research and optimize content for audience engagement.
- Monitor video performance and refine content strategies.
- Foster YouTube community engagement and stay updated on trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven video content creation experience.
- Proficiency in video editing software and YouTube dynamics.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Creative mindset and proactive approach to meet deadlines.
