**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients regarding IT-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and IT security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
