**Job description**
**Position - Press Shop - Assistant Manager**
Experince - 7 - 12 yrs.
Education - DME / BE / B TECH
Salary Range - Upto 8 LPA
Location - Sanand
Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure requirement of personnel, planning, and deployment of manpower.
2. Manage all operational activities of the press shop include
- plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant-related customer coordination, staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
3. Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
4. Overall management of the Press shop(100 Ton-600 Ton presses.)
5. Review CA/PA for breakdowns etc.
**Required Skills**:
- 1. Exposure to press shop automation, robotics in the press shop, pick & place, etc.
2. Exposure to TS, TPM,5S, Kaizen, SAP ETC.
3. Should have knowledge about core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, and SPC.
4. Production planning and scheduling.
