Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and manufacturers in the yarn industry.

Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and promote new products.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.

Product Promotion and Sales: Promote the company’s yarn products to potential and existing clients.

Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers when necessary.

Achieve sales targets by actively identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into clients.

Market Research and Reporting: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer demands, product performance, and market opportunities.

Sales : A results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Ability to travel frequently and visit clients as required.

Prepare and present sales reports, including performance and customer feedback.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, and technical teams to align strategies for business growth & Participate in team meetings, providing updates and sharing insights from the field.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the similar têxtile-related field.

Prior experience in field sales, customer service, or business development is highly preferred.

Skills: Good communication skills to engage effectively with clients.

Strong negotiation and sales skills.

In-depth knowledge of yarn products, industry trends, and têxtile manufacturing processes.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns in a professional manner.

A results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits:
**Salary**: Dependent on the interview and experience, with a competitive fixed salary and incentive structure based on performance.

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives to reward achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
