**Eximius Management Pvt. Ltd**. is looking for an experienced **Security Training Officer** to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security training programs for our security personnel. This position requires a dynamic individual who can provide the tools and training necessary for our security staff to handle day-to-day operations and emergency situations effectively, ensuring that our facilities remain secure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:

- Develop and implement security training programs tailored to the specific needs of the facility.
- Create, update, and improve training manuals, resources, and materials to reflect evolving security protocols and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that training programs are compliant with ISO standards and local regulations. **Conducting Training Sessions**:

- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, covering topics such as:

- Emergency response, evacuation procedures, and disaster preparedness.
- Access control systems, surveillance equipment, and safety protocols.
- Conflict resolution, customer service, and effective communication.
- Legal aspects of security operations.

**Monitoring & Evaluation**:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback from security staff.
Identify areas for improvement and offer ongoing support to ensure skills are up-to-date.
Conduct refresher training as needed and ensure compliance with internal audits.

**Compliance & Safety**:
Ensure training programs comply with the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain safety procedures and policies in accordance with local laws.
Assist with emergency drills and simulation exercises to ensure preparedness.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:
Work closely with facility managers, HR, and other departments to identify security training needs.
Collaborate with external vendors or consultants to integrate new technology and practices into training modules.

**Requirements**:

- Professional security training certifications (e.g., PSP, CPP) are preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in security training, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in a facilities management environment or with large-scale security operations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively train diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt training approaches for different levels of security personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Experience in evaluating and improving training programs based on performance data.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of Mumbai’s unique security challenges and infrastructure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Security Training Officer, preferably with a background in the army, fire safety, first aid, and evacuation planning.
- Additional certifications in leadership or customer service.
- Previous experience in integrated facility management.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
