- This is a pivotal role within the Finance Organization. Supply Chain Cost is a key focus area therefore, this role is encouraged to be the specialist in all costing matters who know all cost drivers at the lowest possible level, to be able to support management in key decision making. He will be the first point of contact for BU finance teams to investigate any cost variances vs the trends_
- Responsibilities_
- _Period end close - Journals, Reporting, Variance analysis._
- _Management reporting, cost analysis_
- _Manage the Month-end close process, ensuring all reconciliations are performed._
- _GL reconciliation_
- _Inventory Accounting and reconciliations_
- _Co-ordinate activities and ensure service level adherence._
- _Inventory Management & Controlling_
- _Monitoring daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory_
- _Maintain and update inventory records._
- _Checking Inventory Cost_
- _Maintaining Other Non-Current Assets_
- _Understanding of costing Process in Warehouse/Manufacturing set up._
- _Well versed with day-to-day accounting at Plant/Warehouse and understanding of Supply chain Finance_
- _Knowledge of management of Inventory Controlling_
- _Period close activity at Warehouse/Manufacturing location_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Cost Accountant (Inter / Final) or MBA Finance or M Com or Graduate_
- _SAP / experience in similar ERPs (Oracle / JDE / SAGE / BPCS / PRMS, etc.) environment is must._
- _Flexibility to work in shifts (24X7)_
- _Good written/verbal communication skills_
- _Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)_

- _Good accounting knowledge in both Management Reporting & Financial Reporting_
- _Eagerness, extra energy & dedication to be effective._
