**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in selecting mobile phones based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide in-depth information about the latest mobile phones, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Offer demonstrations of mobile phones and accessories, ensuring customers understand product features and usage.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Actively promote and sell mobile phones and accessories to customers, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products such as phone cases, chargers, and screen protectors.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and maintaining up-to-date records of customer purchases.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide post-sale support, such as troubleshooting minor issues and guiding customers through the setup process.
- Handle customer complaints or returns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models, software updates, and accessories.
- Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and report low stock or best-sellers to the store manager.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain the showroom display, ensuring that mobile phones and accessories are well-organized and presented attractively.
- Monitor the store's cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other showroom staff and management to achieve sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings to share customer feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
