EXO Edge is looking for experienced Associate for FP&A to join our Global Finance team. As a FP&A Associate, you are expected to run a series of tests on a wide range of property budget types and scenarios. We’re prepared to take the time necessary to ensure the workflow and process is fully vetted.

In your journey as an Associate FP&A, you will be:
**Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities**:

- Developing a budget based on the financial data and goals, including projected income and expenses for the upcoming year.
- Understand financial data and information about the property, such as rent roll, operating expenses, and historical financial performance.
- Data Entry for Market Rents, Media Schedule, Capital Plans
- Analyzing the data and identifying trends and variance for future forecasting/budgeting
- Working within financial goals and objectives for the property set by Operators, such as increasing revenue or reducing expenses.
- Skills/Experience
- Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to gather and interpret financial data, identify trends and variances, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to operators.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting, and knowledge of industry best practices and standards for budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think creatively and strategically in order to achieve financial goals.

**Bringing in the below experience and education**:

- Should have 2+ years of experience as an Accountant/FP&A.
- Specialized accounting degree.
