**Job Title**: Storekeeper - Oil & Gas

**Location**: Abu Dhabi

**Reports To**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Purpose**:
To manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse or store, ensuring accurate records and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive materials, supplies, and equipment as per delivery notes and inspect for correct quantity, specification, and condition.
- Prepare material receipt reports (MRR) and ensure proper documentation in inventory management systems.
- Store materials in designated locations with proper tagging, segregation, and protection as per material type (mechanical, electrical, consumables, hazardous).
- Issue materials and tools to site personnel based on approved material requisitions or withdrawal slips.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials in register or ERP systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records to identify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of store areas, maintaining cleanliness and safe storage practices.
- Monitor shelf life and storage conditions of sensitive materials such as paints, chemicals, gaskets, or electrical components.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
