**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications.
- Help with the creation of employee surveys and analyze the results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
