**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product recommendations tailored to their requirements.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to make purchases or sign up for services, effectively closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- **Customer Retention**: Build long-term relationships with customers, offering excellent customer service and encouraging repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the team lead or manager.
