Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various technical disciplines and technologies.
- Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
