**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in English (Honors preferred) + B.Ed. (mandatory as per TGT norms)
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of teaching experience at middle or secondary school level (preferred)
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong command of English language and grammar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
