**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to effectively interact with the officials at ROC, RD & OL office and other regulatory authorities if required..
- Handle the corporate secretarial and related matters and managing all day to day secretarial functions and record keeping for the company
- Dealing with contract management affairs including drafting, negotiating, approving and monitoring of various external agreements.
- Handling legal matters of Company including drafting contracts, Liaison with Advocates, attending courts and other related offices for company matters.
- Assist and support real estate attorneys in handling litigation cases.
- Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
- Maintain and manage all databases
- Ensure compliance of all laws, local, state and federal laws
- keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization and identifying and monitoring risks to business performance
