Perform Laboratory Tests and Experiments: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently.
Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions as required for testing.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring their proper calibration and functionality.
Conduct various tests, such as chemical analyses, microbiological assays, physical measurements, and other specialized procedures as needed.
Document observations, measurements, and results accurately and in compliance with established protocols.

Data Recording and Analysis: Record test data, observations, and experimental results in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
Analyze data and identify trends or abnormalities that require further investigation.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of experimental findings for review by supervisors or researchers.
Contribute to the interpretation of results and the formulation of conclusions based on experimental data.

Quality Control and Assurance:Adhere to strict quality control procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Participate in quality control checks, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments.
Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Identify and report any issues or deviations from established protocols to the supervisor.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with other lab technicians, researchers, and scientists to coordinate experiments and share results.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders regarding project progress, findings, and potential issues.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings at meetings or conferences, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
