**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform soil, plant, and water analyses to evaluate crop requirements and optimize yield.
- Develop and implement comprehensive crop management plans, including irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor and assess crop performance, identifying issues such as diseases, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Conduct research trials and assist in product development efforts, including seed varieties, fertilizers, and biostimulants.
- Provide technical support and training to growers on sustainable and efficient agricultural methods.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in agronomy, agricultural technology, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in crop production, soil science, or agricultural consulting.
- Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil chemistry, pest management, and crop nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and providing sound agronomic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in precision agriculture and sustainable farming techniques.
- Understanding of local and regional agricultural regulations and certifications.
- Familiarity with climate-smart agriculture and regenerative farming practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
