- **Following policies: Adhering to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards**:

- Safety: Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- **Setting up and clearing tables: Setting up tables when guests arrive and clearing them when they leave**:

- **Helping with menu items: Providing information and help to guests regarding menu items**:

- Knowledge of beverage lists: Having knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- 2 to 3 years fine dining experience must.

**Stewards should be friendly, helpful, and have strong team working skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively with guests and handle any complaints or issues.**
