We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Design & Video Editor to join our innovative digital marketing company. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing visually stunning and effective marketing materials that align with our clients' brands and objectives.

2. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that effectively meet the client’s goals, ensuring alignment with both creative vision and business objectives.

3. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth and development within the team by sharing knowledge, offering constructive critiques, and encouraging creative exploration.

4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing, consistently integrating new techniques, tools, and insights to elevate creative output and maintain competitive edge.

5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations and maintains brand consistency.

6. Contribute to brainstorming and creative ideation sessions, offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to shape and enhance creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and other marketing initiatives.

7. Edit video footage for various marketing purposes, including social media, training materials, presentations, and entertainment content, ensuring the final product is engaging, cohesive, and impactful.

8. Arrange video clips, transitions, and cuts to create seamless, compelling visual stories that maintain viewer interest and effectively convey the desired message.

9. Prepare videos for online distribution, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards for different platforms, while optimizing video quality and loading times.

10. Ensure all video content adheres to company style guides and brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital platforms while reinforcing the brand’s identity and message.

**Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design & video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects & Premier Pro) and other relevant design & video editing tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative thinking.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional design solutions that drive results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
