**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create hand-drawn sketches of jewelry designs based on market trends, client requirements, or brand themes.
- Develop detailed technical drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with CAD designers, artisans, and production teams to translate concepts into finished products.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, structurally sound, and feasible for manufacturing.
- Modify and revise designs based on feedback from clients, sales teams, or senior designers.
- Keep updated with current fashion trends, gemstones, and jewelry design techniques.
- Maintain a portfolio of all design work for reference and presentation.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute creative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a manual jewelry designer or similar role.
- Strong freehand drawing and sketching skills.
- Good knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.).
- Ability to conceptualize and develop new and unique designs.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Jewelry Design or Fine Arts is preferred.
