*Responsibilities:*

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to consumer electronic products such as refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioners.

2. Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, either independently or by coordinating with relevant departments within the company and associated Brands.

4. Liaise with dealers to address any product-related concerns or warranty issues, ensuring a smooth resolution process.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our Software.

6. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to communicate customer feedback and improve product quality and service delivery.

7. Stay updated on the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends to better assist customers and dealers.

8. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity in all interactions.

*Qualifications:*

1. Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

3. Strong understanding of consumer electronic products, brands, and technical specifications.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

5. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in using software and other relevant tools for customer support and issue tracking.

7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to resolve complex issues.

8. Previous experience working with dealers or distributors or Brands is a plus.9. ⁠Travel to, distributor offices, or customer premises as needed to address service issues or conduct product demonstrations.
