**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Music**:

- Instruct students in both Western and Classical music techniques, theory, and performance.
- Conduct individual and group lessons in vocal and instrumental music (Western and Classical).
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop lesson plans for Western and Classical music that align with educational standards.
- Teach music theory, reading musical notes, rhythm, and composition.
- **Performance & Events**:

- Organize and supervise student performances, concerts, and music events.
- Prepare students for inter-school music competitions and exams.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and offer guidance for improvement.
- Help students develop their skills in both Western and Classical music genres.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and creative environment for music lessons.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of musical instruments and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Music (B.Mus or M.Mus) with specialization in Western and Classical music.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in Western and Classical music preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Western and Classical music, strong communication, and teaching skills.

**Gender**: Female.
