**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment or systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will provide on-site support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize downtime for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, or systems as required by clients.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize service downtime.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while performing repairs or installations.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service status and resolve any concerns.
- Ensure all service requests are documented and logged accurately in the company’s service management system.
- Advise clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance practices to prevent future issues.
- Coordinate with other technicians or service teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Order parts and materials needed for repairs and installations, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and equipment relevant to the industry.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide after-hours or emergency service as needed based on the on-call schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification or training is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of the equipment, machinery, or systems you are servicing (e.g., HVAC, electrical systems, industrial equipment, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately log service records and parts used.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different client locations as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a specialized field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with using service management software or mobile devices for tracking service requests.
- Ability to train or mentor junior technicians.

**Work Environment**:

- This role may require frequent travel to client locations for on-site service and repairs.
- Some after-hours or weekend work may be required based on client needs or emergency requests
