- ** Responsibilities**
- Support agile software development process and tools
- Provide leadership to the team, perform project management/SCRUM Master tasks for the following components:

- Write mobile team requirements in Confluence, write Jira tickets and manage SCRUM for the mobile team
- Write cloud team requirements in Confluence, write Jira tickets and manage SCRUM for the cloud team
- Write DevOps team requirements for mobile and cloud in Confluence, write Jira tickets and manage SCRUM for the DevOps team
- Write QA team requirements for mobile and cloud in Confluence, write Jira tickets and manage SCRUM for the QA team
- Mange task and become the primary day to day integration player between mobile, cloud, QA and DevOps team
- Perform incident/alert troubleshooting, problem analysis
- Provide support to business users, product owners and system users
