Key Responsibilities

Execute the orders on behalf of clients, operating stock trading terminals. Confirmations of trade done by EOD. Update Client about their position / MTM in Market. Promoting in-house research calls to increase volume & frequency. Accurate & timely execution of orders on terminal. Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base and references. End to end customer relationship management. Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them. Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online. Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well. Ensure that customer trades actively after opening the trading account.

Professional Skills/Knowledge Requirements Graduate/Post Graduate with min. 1-5yrs expr in Equities on the client advisory side Should have sound understanding of capital markets Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills. Should have NISM certification on Equity Derivative / Capital Market Personal Skills Requirements Confidence & Perseverance Driven and motivated by results Passionate about stock market industry General awareness along smart numerical skills Able to work as part of wide & varied team and also performable independently
