**Position : OT Staff Nurse - Gynec**
**Education : GNM/B.sc in Nursing**.

Looking for a OT Sister

Prepare OT and surgical instruments before procedures.
Verify patient identity, surgical site, and consent forms.
Ensure sterilisation of equipment and maintenance of aseptic conditions.
Intra-operative Duties:
Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgeries.
Handle surgical instruments efficiently and anticipate needs of the surgical team.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status during surgery.
Post-operative Duties:
Transfer patients safely to recovery with proper documentation.
Monitor post-operative recovery and provide immediate care if required.
Ensure disposal of bio-medical waste as per guidelines.
Administrative & Compliance:
Maintain OT logs, sterilisation records, and patient reports.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Coordinate with pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
Minimum 2-3 years of OT nursing experience (experience in genecology or fertility centers preferred).
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilisation techniques.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location : Nr Tilak Nagar X Road, Shivam Road, Hyderabad**

**Salary : ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month (depends on Interview)**

Schedule:
Day shift - 8 Hrs duty
Night shift - in Emergency case
Weekend availability - if any emergency
