- Knowledge of inbound & outbound sales execution.
- Proficient in planning and managing operational projects
**Job Responsibility**
- Key Account Management is required for Top Multiple clients by developing positive relations and interaction on routine basis.
- Handling inquiries and providing solutions
- Assessing right solution as per the situation and company protocol
- Maintaining clients data report for payouts / escalations / queries
- Meeting the aspiring clients
- Analyzing good clients and follow ups
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing result and outputs
- Generating new leads
- Delivering revenue from existing and from new customers
