Join Start Insights if you're passionate about design and startups; we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is creative, self-sufficient, concept-driven, and has a strong working knowledge of creating visually compelling content that align with our mission and vision.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Develop eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including website visuals, social media content, decks, infographics, and marketing collateral.

2. Ensure consistency in design to uphold the Start Insights brand across all platforms.

3. Work closely with marketing and venture-building teams to align designs with strategic goals.

4. Bring fresh ideas to the table, turning complex concepts into visually engaging content.

5. Translate data and ideas into clear, impactful visuals for our clients & target audience.

6. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

7. Incorporate feedback to refine designs and enhance effectiveness.

8. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other design tools to produce high-quality work efficiently.

9. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to innovate and improve.

**Prerequisites**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and branding expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
