- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Select materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design vision and meet functional requirements.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into the architectural designs.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and other professionals to ensure that the design aligns with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering requirements.
- Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to integrate interior and exterior design elements seamlessly.
- Conduct design review meetings with clients and project stakeholders to present and receive feedback on design proposals.
- Revise and refine architectural designs based on feedback, ensuring that the final design meets the client's vision and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design process.

Documentation:

- Prepare and present design documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, for use by construction teams.
- Review shop drawings and material samples to ensure they align with the design intent and specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.

Professional Development and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture and design.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
