**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing
- Degree in Hospitality will be an advantage

Primary Focus of the Job
- Assist the MD/Marketing Manager in marketing and student intake at the institute to meet set targets
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional operations of IICA and consultancy accounts under DHMSS by maintaining activity records
- Support and lead initiatives of DHMSS to establish it as a premier Hospitality Management Consultancy Firm and Education Provider in India
- Maintain academic records of all students and communicate regularly with students and their parents regarding performance

At IICA
- Follow and assist in effective implementation of Marketing & Sales Strategy to recruit students
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote IICA and increase student intake
- Participate in education fairs and conduct presentations to create awareness about the institute
- Support student recruitment through counselling walk-ins, telecalling, and utilizing all digital platforms
- Assist in student placements, helping them secure appropriate internships

CTC - 35k - 45k per month

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
