**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in the Events Services industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating sales leads in the European and US market. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential clients by phone to promote our services and events
- Generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities to close deals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and sales achieved
- Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections or conflicts effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to offer new services to clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role in international market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and persuasive ability
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Good understanding of the Events Services industry
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus

**Shift timing**: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

**Working Days**: Alternate Saturday off

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
