**Academic Advising**:Provide guidance and support to students in course selection, academic planning, and degree requirements. Help students understand their strengths, interests, and goals and assist them in creating an academic roadmap.

**Career Counseling**: Assist students in exploring career options and making informed decisions about their future professions. Administer career assessments, conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, and provide information on various occupations and industries.

**Personal Counseling**: Offer emotional support and counseling to students facing personal or social challenges that may affect their academic performance. Help students develop coping mechanisms, manage stress, improve study skills, and overcome obstacles.

**Specialized Support**:Provide specialized support to students with specific needs, such as learning disabilities, giftedness, or diverse cultural backgrounds. Offer tailored guidance, accommodations, and resources to address their unique challenges and promote academic success.

**Group Work and Workshops**: Organize and conduct workshops, group counseling sessions, or information sessions on various topics related to education, career development, study skills, and personal growth. Provide relevant resources and facilitate discussions to enhance students' knowledge and skills.

**Collaboration and Networking**:Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Participate in team meetings, develop individualized education plans, and provide input on student progress.

**Stay Updated on Educational Trends**: Keep abreast of current educational trends, career opportunities, and developments in counseling techniques and resources. Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, academic plans, and progress reports. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information.

**Evaluation and Assessment**:Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and interventions through feedback, surveys, and data analysis. Use assessment tools to measure student outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
