**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of advertising services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell advertising services to existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their advertising objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the advertising or related industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising services and how they benefit businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
