**Timing**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Working Days**: 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **creative and energetic Social Media Executive** who is not only great at content creation and client communication but also brings a **basic technical understanding** to align our digital presence with our services.

This role blends creativity, communication, and coordination — perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media but also understands how to represent a tech-driven brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create and manage** content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and shoot engaging **reels**, behind-the-scenes content, and product/service highlights
- Design or coordinate **memes**, stories, and trending content relevant to our brand
- Communicate with **clients** to gather inputs, approve content, and manage feedback
- Handle social media **DMs, comments**, and community engagement professionally
- Collaborate with the design and development team to create **tech-savvy content**:

- Assist in preparing **presentations, captions**, and campaign pitches
- Maintain a **monthly calendar** for posts, campaigns, and analytics tracking
- Stay updated with **social trends, platform updates**, and viral formats
- Basic understanding of our services (IT, development, etc.) to translate them into engaging posts

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi) for client handling
- Familiarity with **Instagram Reels**, Canva, basic video editing apps/tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for **viral, trending content**:

- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn (for understanding web/app services)
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Friendly, energetic personality with strong team spirit

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience working with agencies or tech companies
- Skills in tools like **Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Figma**, etc.
- Experience running **Instagram/Facebook Ads** or basic analytics understanding

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
