- Responsibilities_
- _Should have an experience of at 4-5 years in ITC Domain with excellent communication skills._
- _Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts_
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention._
- _Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements._
- _Perform daily internal audit._
- _Collections Management for all assigned divisions/entities, including credit card collections and processing_
- _Period Close & Reconciliations_
- _Managing AR ageing at a customer level_
- _Deductions Management (validate deductions & settle rebates, record approved deductions, process credit/ debit memos), including trade and non-trade deductions_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_
- _Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_
- _Strong analytical skills and attention to detail_
- _Customer service orientation_
- _Ability to work effectively under pressure._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (Collections, Cash Apps, Billing)_
- _Preferred Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office_
