Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user

requirements.
- Use various ideation methods like brainstorming to solve the

user’s needs to add value to the company.
- Explore various design approaches to solve specific user

problems.
- Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and

process flows.
- Design and create mock-ups and user journeys for a wide range

of devices including mobile.
- Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the

product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
- Define user task flows and interaction models.
- Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design

language is followed across the product.
- Conduct user research
- Translate user behaviour and research into actionable data.
- Create user personas
- Conduct customer and competitor analysis.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the

functioning and layout of the product.
- Optimize UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and

user-centeredness.
- Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if

they can be further improved.
- Strategically create new features and functionality based on user

stories and behaviour.
- Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to the

rest of the team and upper management.

Qualification & Other Key
requirements:
Minimum Required Skill set
- Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design

guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs,
including Google’s material design.
- Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, Figma, and other

relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile

and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and
ability to show relevant work.
- Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user

interaction, including happy path, edge, and corner cases, and
incorporate them into designs.
Added advantage(s)
- Presently employed in an organization with an employee
strength of 500 or more
of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Symbiosis
Institute of Design, Dept. of design (IIT Delhi), IDC (IIT Bombay),
Design Boat UI/UX School and other design schools

**Salary**: ₹8,432.54 - ₹43,752.20 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
