**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
- To plan effectively the discharge and load of ICD containers from and to rail. Issue Removal Memo
- SMPT updating is required whenever necessary
- Observe the provisions of the relevant Labour regulations and all NSICT policies and procedures.
- Ensure the NSICT Health, Safety & Environment policy and procedures are observed.
- Ensure the NSICT Security policy and procedures are observed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of relevant objectives and targets
- Undertake all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the MANAGER OPERATIONS/ ASST. MANAGER - OPERATIONS/ SR. EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS (YARD)/ SR. EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS (RAIL).
- Effective liaison with CONCOR, Railways and shipping lines in order to obtain Advance train summaries, pre-advices and other related information's.
- Monitor import and export container movement by rail and liaise with the relevant Supervisor if stacking and loading appears to be unsatisfactory.
- Folow up with other terminals for buffer movement and monitoring of the same.
