**Position Summary**:
The English Language Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive language training programs to individuals or groups of learners with varying proficiency levels. They will design and implement effective curriculum, conduct engaging lessons, assess learner progress, and provide feedback and support to facilitate language acquisition and proficiency development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver dynamic and interactive English language training sessions tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of learners.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including textbooks, multimedia materials, and technology-enhanced tools, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Focus on all language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with an emphasis on communicative competence.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence, motivation, and active participation among learners.
- Assess learner needs, strengths, and areas for improvement through diagnostic testing, needs analysis, and ongoing formative assessment.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on their language performance, progress, and areas for development.
- Adapt teaching approaches and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Keep accurate records of learner attendance, participation, assessment results, and progress reports

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language proficiency assessment tools and methodologies.
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second or foreign language to learners of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with learners from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in designing and delivering engaging language lessons and activities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
