**About the Role**

As a **Catalogue Operations Associate**, you will be responsible for managing product listings and cataloging on our e-commerce platform. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and engaging product presentations, enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the upload and listing of new products on the website, ensuring all product details such as name, SKU, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.
- Organize and maintain the product catalogue, categorizing products effectively for easy navigation and enhanced searchability.
- Craft and review detailed, compelling product descriptions to highlight key features, benefits, and specifications for customers.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for search engine visibility using SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits of the product catalogue to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings and catalogue functionality on the e-commerce platform.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce catalogue management or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
- Good communication skills are desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
