Data Entry:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into various databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and deduplication tasks.
- E-Tendering:

- Register and manage accounts on various e-tendering platforms (e.g., Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), GeM).
- Search, identify, and download tender notices and documents.
- Prepare and submit bids/proposals within deadlines.
- Track tender progress and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Maintain records of all tendering activities.
- Research & Analysis:

- Conduct online research to gather information relevant to tendering projects.
- Analyze large volumes of documents (e.g., RFPs, contracts) quickly and effectively.
- Identify key information and summarize findings concisely. Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-tendering processes and platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Strong internet research skills and the ability to navigate and understand complex online information.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and comprehend large documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Benefits:
