As a draughtsperson, you will lead the contribution towards engineering function in the Lucy Electric plant manufacturing for Compact Sub Station (CSS) in secondary distribution network, with special focus on sheet metal design, enclosure design, customer drawings, approvals & drawing deliverables to supplier & production.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Handling all Design activities related to CSS/ Encloser
- Timely delivery of project BOMs in Team Centre as per priorities defined.
- Pro-active identification of project customisation in advance & planning
- Leading project customisation designs, timely release along with BOM in TC/NX
- Leading ECR activities of department as per ISO norms & timely closure of the same
- Active participation in CSS CR activities including control ECR/ECN & implementation.
- Leading in legacy products structuring, configurable BOM structure
- TC data upload of legacy products & ensuring timely completion.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- BE/Diploma (Mechanical)
- NX /AutoCAD/Teamcenter
- MS Office
- CSS/Enclosure design experience of 2-5 years
- Preferably Design Engineering experience in NX
