Spara Boutique Resort is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Attendants** (Male/Female) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces to ensure a luxury experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning**: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- **Event Space Preparation**: Prepare and clean event spaces before and after events such as weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- **Linen & Towel Management**: Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- **Room Inspections**: Perform room inspections to ensure rooms meet the luxury standards expected by the resort.
- **Guest Service**: Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- **Restocking Supplies**: Ensure housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and notify management when more supplies are needed.
- **Adherence to Safety & Hygiene**: Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are spotless and up to resort standards.
- **Time Management**: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within time constraints.
- **Physical Stamina**: Able to perform tasks that require physical activity such as bending, lifting, and moving heavy items.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic communication skills in English to interact with guests and team members.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
