**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Develop and implement creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to ensure all students are supported.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Use effective strategies to manage behavior and promote respect, cooperation, and inclusivity among students.
- **Assessment & Reporting**:

- Regularly assess students' work, provide constructive feedback, and track their academic progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of students' performance and contribute to termly reports.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and well-being.
- **Support and Development**:

- Provide pastoral care and support to students, helping to develop their social and emotional skills.
- Create a nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and other staff, to deliver a cohesive learning experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in education and implement new teaching strategies where appropriate.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Master's (preferred)
