**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing mail and deliveries, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a back office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
